After that, you will move on to basic poses, which are the foundation of any yoga practice. You will learn how to perform each pose correctly and safely, with an emphasis on proper alignment and breathing.
Finally, the class will end with a mantra session. Mantras are sacred sounds or phrases that are repeated during meditation to help focus the mind and promote inner peace. The instructor will guide you through the process of choosing a mantra that resonates with you and will provide guidance on how to use it during your practice.
