Rachel’s classes incorporate functional movement and intentional mind-body connection to increase strength and stamina, improve mobility, and – most importantly – have fun!
Rachel also offers immersive sound bath experiences using crystal singing sound bowls and a variety of other instruments to facilitate meditation and deep relaxation.
